Accommodate Unique Scheduling Needs
We can provide flexible scheduling solutions, covering needs ranging from a few hours per day to around the clock care.
Provide Service Wherever You Call Home
Whether your loved one lives at home, in a facility, or with a family member, we can provide care.
Be Available When You Need Us
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. However, one of our team members is always available by phone or email to assist with any of your needs.
Quality Caregivers & Staff Members
Every Katherine’s Keepers’ employee completes a comprehensive hiring process that includes multiple interviews, employment verification, local and national criminal background checks, sex registry screening, drug screenings and more.
After the hiring process is completed, all caregivers complete an orientation led by a Registered Nurse, which includes the demonstration of vital skills to provide top quality care.
All Katherine’s Keepers caregivers are secured and bonded.
Our COVID-19 Response
We will continue to do all we can to protect our caregivers and clients from the coronavirus, including screening, continued training, and providing the necessary PPE to ensure safety.
Prior to every shift, our caregivers complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire. This questionnaire informs us of any exposure, symptoms, or travel relating to our caregiver and anyone residing in their home.
In addition to the questionnaire, all caregivers are required to wear masks during the duration of their shift and social distance when appropriate.
Vaccines have been offered to our caregivers, however not all caregivers have received it.
Invoicing & Payments
Katherine’s Keepers invoices bimonthly and our services are billed hourly. Clients pay privately or through long-term care insurance. Medicare does not pay for non-medical home services.
