Questions? We Have Answers
Are there limitations to the type of care that Katherine's Keepers can provide?
Katherine’s Keepers provides customized care to their patients. Since we are a private pay company, there are no limitations in time or treatment modality. We individually assess each patient, and along with the patient and their family members determine the level and type of care to be provided. We also collaborate with the patient’s physician to determine the best approach to care.
How is Katherine’s Keepers different from other Home Care Agencies?
Katherine's Keepers is different because we are woman-owned and locally owned, and not a franchise. We implement care with a woman's touch and our knowlege of our community gives us the resources to be able to provide the best care. Every case is different and we understand that.
What is the process for starting care?
A Katherine’s Keepers team member will come to your home for a free consultation. At this time, you get to know us, and we learn more about your needs. The next step is a visit from one of our nurses to conduct an in-home assessment. They create a custom care plan based on the client’s needs. The in-home assessment will be conducted within 48 hours of the start of care.
