Registered Nurse
Along with Beth, Char manages all nursing responsibilities for Katherine’s Keepers. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Notre Dame of Maryland and her Master in Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins University. Most recently, Char worked for the Kennedy Krieger Institute for 10 years working as the Nurse Manager and Staff Educator. She has also worked at Johns Hopkins and Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital. Char enjoys patient centered care and has a wealth of knowledge in many nurse settings.
Registered Nurse
Beth manages all nursing responsibilities required for Katherine’s Keepers. She became a Registered Nurse through St. Joseph Hospital’s School of Nursing and further received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. Beth previously worked as a School Nurse at Harford Day School for many years. Beth enjoys meeting with clients and their families to assess how Katherine’s Keepers can best fit their home care needs.
On-Call
Jenn assists with all after hours calls from scheduling needs to speaking with prospective clients. Since joining Katherine’s Keepers in 2017, Jenn has been an integral part of our team assisting us with our mission of providing reliable and quality care.
Director of Worcester County Office
John manages the daily operations of the Worcester County office. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Miami University in Ohio. After graduation, John attended the University of Denver to receive his Master’s Degree in Accountancy and afterwards became a licensed CPA. After three years working in public accounting, John moved to Philadelphia to work as the Director of Finance for a local food delivery company. John launched Katherine’s Keepers in Worcester County with a passion to provide our high-quality service to the local community.
Registered Nurse
Toni assists with all nursing responsibilities required for Katherine’s Keepers. Toni received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Notre Dame of Maryland. Toni has been a Registered Nurse for 12 years, with most of her time being spent in senior care. Toni enjoys providing hands-on training with our caregivers to ensure top quality care for our clients.
Registered Nurse
Teri assists with all nursing responsibilities required for Katherine’s Keepers. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland. Teri has been a Registered Nurse for 17 years and worked 16 of those years in Home Health. Teri enjoys meeting with clients and their families to assess how Katherine’s Keepers can best fit their home care needs.
Operations
Mary assists with the daily operations of running the Katherine’s Keepers office. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Management from LeMoyne College. She then worked in several mortgage banking managerial positions within Secondary Marketing Operations for 12 years. For 17 years, Mary had been a teacher both at private and public schools. Since joining Katherine’s Keepers in 2016, Mary has created pivotal efficiencies for the company. Mary enjoys working with the clients to ensure a seamless transition into their new life with home care.
Operations
Maria manages the daily operations of Katherine’s Keepers. She received her Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism and Spanish with a minor in Political Science from the University of Miami. She has been in the private home care industry for over 7 years and has successfully provided assistance and guidance to families looking for help with their loved ones, as well as managed caregiving teams. Maria enjoys the connections she makes with each of the people she helps and finds her work extremely fulfilling. Her past experience in the home care industry has been a great resource for her position at Katherine’s Keepers.
Human Resources | Partner
Megan manages all recruiting and human resources efforts. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from the College of Charleston. Upon graduation, she moved to Manhattan. During her time in New York, she worked for a recruiting agency specializing in the fashion industry. Megan joined Katherine’s Keepers in May of 2018. She enjoys meeting and hiring the staff that represents Katherine’s Keepers. She prides herself on hiring the best caregivers Maryland has to offer.

Patricia manages all sales and marketing efforts for Katherine’s Keepers. She received a Bachelor of Science in Economics, with minors in Business and Psychology, from Towson University. She served on the Board of Trustees at Harford Day School. Patricia is currently the President of the Board of Trustees for the Dresher Foundation, a private family foundation serving Harford County and the Baltimore metropolitan area. After raising her children, she returned to college and became a licensed personal trainer, specializing in individual and group training, weight management, and nutrition. Patti thrives on meeting the other players in the field. She has built very successful relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, independent living facilities, and assisted living facilities to ensure people are getting the care they need every step of the way.

Carole manages the finances for Katherine’s Keepers. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business from Towson University. She then went to Loyola College’s graduate school to take the necessary courses for the CPA Exam. Carole has over 30 years of experience in the health care financial industry. For 15 years, Carole served as Chief Financial Officer of a multi-state healthcare receivable management company, providing a broad base of managerial and operational experience. Since 1994, Carole has been the Vice President of Operations for Healthcare Affiliates. Carole enjoys the complexities it takes to operate a business and thrives on running an efficient staff.
